After consultation with the NCAs SASI has updated the Building and Measurement Rules for 2023 in accordance with its aims stated earlier. Changes have been made to the sections Oars, Rudder and the Measurement by Officials. A method statement has been added to address the rudder surface area requirement in the rules.
